Festival. Hosted at The Institute of Texan Cultures, this three-day
cultural extravaganza brings more than 40 ethnic groups together in one

The purpose of this work session is to introduce Placemaking practices and techniques, share ideas from the Placemap, identify key projects and sites that offer the biggest opportunities to transform downtown in the short-term, identify barriers and opportunities, and build an action plan for the next steps.
