Since 1999, the Centro San Antonio Management Corporation (Centro SA) in partnership with Downtown San Antonio Alliance, has managed the Downtown Public Improvement District (PID). The PID collects a special assessment on downtown properties within a specific boundary to fund enhanced services, including uniformed maintenance teams, ambassadors and program communications. By state law, PID revenue must be used to enhance, not replace, the level of service that City government can provide. Through the PID, property and business owners have had a role in helping to achieve the goal of a downtown San Antonio that is safe, clean and vital. The PID is proposed to be
renewed in 2013 and as part of the renewal process, the Centro SA is
seeking feedback on how it can continue to provide services that are of
value to ratepayers. We ask that you take a few moments to complete the following survey. Your input will be considered as plans are made to
