Jack Wierzenski, Director for Economic Development for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit, has tremendous experience in accommodating the significant residential and commercial development along DART’s much-touted and highly successful rail system. As San Antonio contemplates rail and bus rapid-transit, and has identified multi-modal stations on the east and west sides of downtown, what can we expect to occur around those stations and along the routes between…and how should we be planning for it?
