Spectrum Downtown is a loft-style, boutique club located in the historic Frost Brothers Building. This facility boasts rows of cardio equipment with personal viewing screens, an extensive line of strength equipment and the right combination of group fitness classes. After a grueling workout, enjoy our comfortable member lounge or pull out your laptop to catch up on emails while preparing for the next meeting.
