River Bend District

Quite simply, our place pays tribute to the Original Mexican Restaurant owned and operated by the Farnsworth family across the river on Losoya Street from 1899 to 1960. As "the oldest Mexican restaurant in the United States" it defined San Antonio style Mexican food. Today, we celebrate the memory of the Farnsworths' restaurant and their contribution to the cuisine of San Antonio in our Original Mexican Restaurant.
