Center City Open House

May 28, 2013 6pm-8pm
The first Center City Open House will take place on May 21st from 6 to 8 pm at 201 W. Commerce. Hosted by  Center City Development Office, the Office of Historic Preservation and the Department for Creative and Cultural Development, this  unique “matchmaking” event to brings together downtown’s underutilized vacant spaces with potential tenants and developers. There will be an array of music and art activating the historic space. Free Tail Brewery and Ming’s Things will be providing beverages and hors d’oeuvres.

Broadway Reach Community Weekend

June 6-9, 2013
Explore the educational, cultural, and entertainment offerings of the Broadway Reach in a four- day celebration of history, art and nature. Each member organization—the Brackenridge Park Conservatory, the McNay Art Museum, the San Antonio Botanical Garden, the Witte Museum of Art, the San Antonio Children’s Museum, The San Antonio Zoo, and SAMA—will present visitors a family-friendly program during this June weekend. 

Infill Development Workshop

Hosted by the City’s Center City Development Office and sponsored by the Urban Land Institute– San Antonio and Centro Partnership San Antonio, this will be a “must-attend” half-day workshop for developers, design professionals and real estate attorneys interested in developing and facilitating development in the center city.

Boiler House Summer Wine Fest

Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden is kicking off the season of sun and fun in style with Summer WineFest, an afternoon sure to set the tone for enjoying a great summer at San Antonio’s only wine garden. Come enjoy summer served the Boiler House way—grilled and chilled and set to music—noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9.

Tickets for Summer WineFest are $50 per person for general admission and VIP tickets are $75 per person.
