The first Center City Open House will take place on May 21st from
6 to 8 pm at 201 W. Commerce. Hosted by Center City Development Office,
the Office of Historic Preservation and the Department for Creative and
Cultural Development, this unique “matchmaking” event to brings together
downtown’s underutilized vacant spaces with potential tenants and developers.
There will be an array of music and art activating the historic space. Free
Tail Brewery and Ming’s Things will be providing beverages and hors d’oeuvres.

SAMA—will present visitors a family-friendly program during this June weekend.
