It’s a case of puppy love at Bar Rojo in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Local pet lovers are invited to bring their furry friends to the hotel hot spot on Sunday, February 13, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m., where nationally known, locally based comedian, Cleto Rodriguez will have guests howling in their seats and rolling over with laughter as he presents the San Antonio Humane Society’s ELIGIBLE SINGLES for the month of February.
As you wine and dine, you might just fall in love—puppy love that is, when the Grand Hyatt’s Community Partner, the San Antonio Humane Society brings in some of their adorable pups for you to cuddle and coo over.
At 5:30pm, Cleto will begin his standup act while reviewing the February, “of age” pin ups on display. Who will be the lucky dog that gets to take home the fiery redhead who loves to take long walks in the park and snuggle up at the end of the day? Join us to find out!
Sexy Sansei Sushi!
Guests can enjoy a fetching good time with complimentary sushi, happy hour drink prices, and cuddly company. This Valentine’s celebration features Bar Rojo’s unique Sansei Sushi menu. At the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Latin American cuisine has always been the order of business at both the Achiote River Café and the trendy hot spot Bar Rojo. Sansei Sushi takes regional Latin American influences and ingredients and melds them with traditional Japanese sushi preparation techniques and culture. The menu offers an infusion of Latin American ingredients with some of the freshest seafood one can find. Happy Hour guests can sample items such as Sashimi, Nigiri, or unusual Maki such as the Bar Rojo Roll with it’s combinations of Jalapeno-Cilantro Spicy Tuna, Jicama, Cucumber and Flying Fish Roe, with Avacado Crema. To compliment the menu Chef Axell created his own signature soy sauce, the spicy citrus Aji Rojo Satsuma.

A full cash bar will be available and will feature a special raspberry frost cocktail made with Moonstone Raspberry Sake, Vox Raspberry Vodka,
