CALLING DOWNTOWN’S BEST
Who are downtown’s best? Nominate them by March 19 for the 10th Annual Downtown’s BEST Awards
On April 9, 2010, Downtown Alliance will recognize the best people, places, projects and events in downtown San Antonio at the 10th Annual Downtown’s BEST Awards at the Westin Riverwalk. In order to crown the best of the best, Downtown Alliance is currently seeking nominations to be submitted online at htpp://www.downtownsa.org/best by March 19 for the following categories:
Nominations are $99 per entry and $75 per entry for Downtown Alliance members. As a special tribute to this year marking the 10th annual BEST Awards, Downtown Alliance members can enter a second, third and fourth nomination for only $10.
In addition to being recognized at the April 9 luncheon, nominees will be featured in an upcoming half page ad in the San Antonio Business Journal, the media sponsor for Downtown’s BEST Awards. Winners will be announced at the luncheon and featured in a double-page spread in the San Antonio Business Journal on April 9.
Nominations should represent entities that have made a significant contribution to downtown San Antonio during the past 24 months (January 2008 thru December 2009), demonstrate a long-term commitment to Downtown San Antonio, and display an entrepreneurial or community spirit that positively supports Downtown San Antonio. There is no limit to the number of nominations that can be submitted, and companies and individuals may nominate themselves.
